A few weeks ago I joined a group of female and spiritual entrepreneurs that are working together to share their knowledge and experience on this Soul Summit platform. So awesome to learn about things like hypnotherapy, sales by law-of-attraction, energy healing, fertility, female energy and the yoni egg and much more!
This week we all host a masterclass or workshop about our specialty and… IT’S FREE!
I’m hosting an Easyinyoga Mini Retreat Online!
On Friday the 14th at 10am you can experience a taster of what kind of yoga to expect on a retreat with me. The session will be about 75 min. You’ll need a yoga mat, some blankets and firm pillows or a bolster and a quiet space for yourself.

From the moment you are registered, you will receive a number of emails containing all the information you need.
In addition, during the summit you will receive an email every day with the link to the right online environment.

On other news
A week ago I went on a retreat myself in Italy to learn Vedic Meditation and it was absolutely amazing! So wonderful to learn how to meditate with the same ease as we do in Strala yoga and yin yoga. Taking good care of yourself, not adding extra stress. Just allowing the body to release all the small and big stresses that are stored and come out as thoughts. To gently cleanse the mind and de-excite the nervous system. In just 20 minutes, twice a day! And become happy for no reason 😉
Very happy to finally have found a meditation practice that works for me.
I also started a yoga class in my hometown and have been busy promoting that to the local community. So if you are or know someone close to Molenhoek, NL that likes to join my classes, let me know!
On the coaching/support side I started doing VA (Virtual Assistant) work for some of my new entrepreneur colleagues that needed a hand with their websites and other tech stuff (business card and logo design etc). Feel free to reach out if you need a hand as well 😉
