Hey new friends! (sorry older friends, but I think you know this already 😘)
Let me introduce myself. I am Yvonne (53) and I am passionate about creating a life of ease and authenticity throught yoga, nature & travel. Guiding yoga classes and connecting with new people on yoga retreats are my favorite ways to share this passion.
Through Strala Yoga and #yin yoga, which are both infused with East Asian principles of ease and softness, I help people find their own path to feeling good & moving well (again).
I believe that feeling good & moving well is ageless and that a mindset of ease and softness is key to living a harmonious life. Selfcare is an important aspect to be able to connect better to ourselves and take care of everyone around us. You can’t pour from an empty cup, right 😜
Allowing yourself to be and move like yourself will make you feel so much better and unlocks your true potential in every phase of life! Drop the “extra”, the forcing and the copying. It saves a lot of energy and allows you to do more with less effort.
