Many of us are currently feeling off balance. Staying home means we spend a more than average amount of time in a seated position, staring at a screen. If it’s not work, often tv, social media or other channels serve as a distraction, and we end up growing habits that may not serve us best.

Habits that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, lethargic or restless and longing to declutter ourselves, open up and create space. Space for deep replenishing breaths and a clear mind.

Agenda Unlockdown Retreat

Unlockdown Yourself and OPEN UP! to Ease with Pamela and Yvonne on this Retreat@Home!

During this immersive experience we will take you on a Journey into Ease, with 4 hrs of Live sessions and an interactive Online Group to receive tips and journaling prompts.

Find the Ease within, learn to soften, slow down and move well through challenges that may arise while working from home and in daily life.

Create new habits and learn to integrate easy mini-movement-moments throughout the day with our Natural Movement Workshop.

Nurture yourself with simple healthy recipes, provided by the Italian chef of Villa Olivo, our retreat location for October.

Create a little selfcare sanctuary in your own home that you can come back to any time.


Retreat@Home Classes

  • Strala Yoga Class
    • We’ll start the day with introductions and intention setting, followed by an energizing Strala yoga class
  • Natural Movement Workshop
    • Learn to do more with less effort by moving with ease – from your center – while conserving energy.
    • Apply easy movement moments in your daily (work) life & yoga
  • Gentle Strala/Yin yoga & meditation
    • We’ll end the day with a relaxing and centering yoga class to soften even more so you can integrate & digest all you’ve learned.

Retreat @Home Activities

In between the sessions you can follow the special FB Group where we’ll offer journaling prompts and authentic Italian recipes to prepare your lunch & dinner.

In the afternoon you are invited to go for a Silent Outdoor Walk with Ease and apply the principles of Natural Movement you learned in the workshop.

Connect with other partipants and share your experiences in the FB Group after each session.

You will also receive some tips to prepare for your ‘trip’, so you will be able to fully enjoy the Retreat@Home, learn to do more with less effort and Find Your Ease.
