Hey Friends, Happy Monday!
Practising together is my favorite thing about yoga. Moving and breathing and connecting together works wonders, even online. So I’m excited to be Back!
Starting Wednesday Nov 3rd I will host a weekly yoga class online via Zoom and you’re invited 🥳🤩🥳
We’ll practise easygoing Strala yoga and wind down with some juicy yin yoga holds and a short savasana.
