Let’s keep the faith, keep each other safe and take good care of ourselves in the meantime.
These are tough times for everyone. Many of us feel out of balance, disconnected and worried for what may come. I feel it too.
But let’s not give in to the fear and stay connected. Let’s hang in there together and lift each other up. We can’t change what is happening, but we can decide how we let it affect our thoughts and feelings.
That’s why I decided to host a monthly Sister Circle group to connect and share. A safe space where we can be ourselves, share our thoughts & feelings and learn from each other’s experiences.
We’ll get together every first Sunday of the month at 8pm CET, do a short movement & meditation sesh and talk about a topic related to #selfcare and/or #personaldevelopment.
It’s totally #free and the first one will be on Sunday November 1st!
